All the correct and current compliance forms are presented to employees, removing the burden from the company.
As a result of using multiple solutions within the same online portal, within one year employee online W-2 enrollment grew from 34% to 63% and continues to rise. This employee self-service means fewer calls to HR and payroll and more time for those departments to focus on more strategic endeavors.
