Skokie, Ill. – October 24, 2016 – CIC Plus, an industry leader in employer compliance management, announced today that James Freshwater has joined the company as vice president of client success. Freshwater, a seasoned executive specializing in running global, client-facing teams, will serve on the CIC Plus executive leadership team.
Freshwater will be responsible for managing every element of the client journey at CIC Plus—including initial implementation, support, ongoing relationship management and future service and product enhancements. CIC Plus serves more than 675 clients, including half of the Fortune 100.

Freshwater brings more than 15 years of strong leadership in delivering relationship-driven, client-focused results. Most recently, he served as vice president of customer relationships at Michigan-based WorkForce Software. Previously he served in several executive roles, including president of the Americas, at UK-based workforce management vendor Workplace Systems, where he opened the company’s first U.S. office and led U.S. operations.
