Jeff Cohen


Jeff has been steering the CIC Plus ship since 1999. CIC Plus was created as part of CIC Enterprises, which was founded by his father. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in HR and payroll data management. He enjoys finding new solutions for clients and seeing CIC Plus team members work together to make it happen. Jeff also enjoys playing with his kids, woodworking, and warm weather biking.

Andrew Walsh

Vice President of Sales

Andrew joined CIC Plus in 2014. He has over 19 years of experience working with large organizations and helping them streamline HR, payroll, and benefits processes. Taking the time to learn about a company's infrastructure, process and functional requirements, and designing a solution that is aligned with their objectives are all aspects that are especially satisfying to Andrew. Andrew resides in Chicago with his wife and three children.

Darrin Dexheimer

Vice President of Information Technology

Darrin leads the software development teams and provides strategic direction for IT operations. Darrin has been with CIC Plus since 2008 and loves working with his exceptional team. He has over 20 years of HR IT experience and continues to enjoy researching and engineering new solutions. Darrin is based in Tacoma, WA, where he spends his spare time building an airplane and mentoring high school students.

Elizabeth Weaver

Vice President of Finance

Elizabeth has been responsible for managing the company’s finance function for the past 18 years. In this role, Elizabeth leads all aspects of financial management and reporting for the business. It has been rewarding for Elizabeth to see the growth and success of the company since its inception while helping to ensure the ongoing stability of the organization. When she’s not got numbers on her mind, Elizabeth is busy being her children’s #1 fan at their sporting events.

Jack Nolan

Vice President of Business Development

Jack has been with the company for 16 years and has been responsible for developing lasting and trusted relationships with numerous clients. He currently leads business development efforts leveraging his wealth of experience improving HR and payroll operations to support the changing needs of our large enterprise clients. Jack is actively involved in HR industry initiatives and is a frequent speaker at industry events. Jack is originally from Minnesota but moved south to the warmer climate of Chicago where he lives with his fabulous wife, two young sons and one daughter.

James Freshwater

Vice President of Client Success

James is responsible for managing all aspects of the client journey at CIC Plus—ensuring client delight from implementation and support through ongoing relationship management and delivering future service and product enhancements. He joined CIC Plus in 2016, bringing more than 15 years of leadership experience running relationship-driven teams that are laser focused on positive business results for their clients. James is fueled by the desire to bring exceptional value to clients in every interaction they have with CIC Plus. James lives with his wife in downtown Chicago, and enjoys leading an active lifestyle and cheering on his English football team the Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Jon Hay

Vice President of Marketing

Jon joined the CIC Plus family in 2015 with more than 20 years in marketing management positions for Fortune 1000 organizations, including extensive experience in the HR industry. Jon is passionate about understanding our clients and their needs to deliver informative and engaging experiences that help make CIC Plus the recognized leader in employer compliance. A life-long Chicagoan, Jon lives in his hometown with his wife and two children and enjoys cooking and cheering on his hometown teams.
