With March upon us, everyone at CIC Plus is getting ready for the tournament. Our bracket is set and we’re ready to tip off our first-ever Compliance Madness tournament. Join us to discover which employer compliance issue is crowned the most maddening for all HR and Payroll teams.

How It Works

The tournament tips off with 8 of the hardest compliance issues for employers to manage. The issues we consider to be more challenging will move onto the next round, the Final 4. Each round, participants will have the chance to pick the teams they believe will win their match-up and have a chance to win our raffle drawings as well. At the end, one compliance challenge will be deemed the hardest of all. The participant who picks the most winners throughout the tournament will win our grand prize, a $500 StubHub gift card.

Compliance Madness Hoop Set

All contestants will receive a Compliance Madness Hoop Set.

Gift Cards

Each round, two random contestants will win a $100 gift card to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Grand Prize

Win the grand prize drawing for a $500 gift card to StubHub to attend the game of your choice.

Tournament Rules

Everyone who signs up will be sent a Compliance Madness office hoop set. Two participants will be selected each round to receive a $100 Buffalo Wild Wings gift card. The grand prize winner for the $500 StubHub gift card will be selected by the participant who selects the most matchups correctly. In the event of a tie, there will be a random drawing amongst though who are tied.
