Thanks CIC Plus for a terrific year-end! We were promised a stress-free experience and CIC Plus delivered it.

This year we switched from another vendor that we had used since 2001, and were used to dealing with a different problem every year-end. So I was expecting something to go wrong. My son’s hockey team had qualified for a National Silverstick tournament in Port Huron in mid-January that I wanted to make – and the folks at CIC Plus said “Not a problem – you’ll make it.” (A vacation in January? Unheard of!) I took along a laptop fully expecting to miss half the games solving problems remotely – but there were none. Our electronic W-2s were released on January 16th without a glitch. CIC Plus took away the one worry of year-end that is out of my control. It's nice to know some companies still believe in delivering a quality product that works and not excuses.

This was our first year with CIC Plus and I must commend their customer service focus. They were extremely responsive to any and all concerns presented to them, going above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the solution. Our on-line W-2 process worked well and we had a first year participation rate of 41%. The W-2 correction process was much easier than anything we have used in the past. In fact, all of the administrative tools in www.getmytaxform.com are so much better than our previous vendor's. The 2006 tax year has gone relatively smoothly for our Payroll Tax Department, in large part because of your great site. We look forward to 2007 and increasing our employee participation rate especially those that participated this year have spread the word on the convenience and use of the website.

Our decision to outsource duplicate W-2 requests and W-2C mailings reduced our costs $250,000 the first year. Prior to outsourcing we were hiring up to a dozen employees to handle the requests and the turn around time was upwards of a week. Outsourcing has assisted our employees by giving them their information in a timely manner. It has also provided us with the current address of our employee. This has been viewed by upper management as an excellent business decision.

We have been using CIC Plus reprint services since 1999. In 2000 we added the original printing and mailing of our PR 499R and Canada T4 forms along with the U.S. W-2 forms. The call center and website access for employee reprints have minimized the number of calls we need to service through our staff. Their website is very helpful in making W-2 corrections and assisting in the preparation of the W-3c/941c reporting.
